Our Beginning
In 2013, three Dorset entrepreneurs planted a seed at Cedar Office Park in Wimborne. Frustrated by rigid, one-size-fits-all IT consultancies, they envisioned a company that would nurture technology the way a gardener tends a grove โ with patience, care, and respect for the natural rhythm of growth.
The name "COCOS" reflects our philosophy: like the coconut palm, which provides sustenance at every stage of its life, we deliver value at every stage of your digital journey โ from seedling ideas to fully mature platforms.
Our Philosophy
We reject the factory-model of software development. Instead, we practice what we call "organic engineering" โ iterative, feedback-driven development that adapts to changing conditions rather than forcing rigid plans onto dynamic problems.
Our team of 45 specialists works from our purpose-built eco-office in Wimborne, with satellite teams in Bournemouth and Bristol. We've helped over 180 organisations across hospitality, agriculture, renewable energy, and the creative industries transform their operations.
Our Commitment
Sustainability isn't a buzzword for us โ it's embedded in our operations. Our office runs on 100% renewable energy, we maintain a carbon-neutral delivery model, and we actively contribute 2% of annual profits to Dorset environmental charities.
We partner exclusively with clients who share our values of ethical technology โ building systems that empower people, protect privacy, and leave the world better than we found it.
